Invitation for Investment  Or Offer for Outright Sale of 6,000BPD International Refinery In Akwa Ibom Nigeria .

A Private Company registered under the Laws of Nigeria is undertaking construction of phase-1 6,000BPD of licensed 12,000BPD Crude Oil Refinery Project in Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria.

The Refinery is pleased to extend our invitation to ready investors for Investment 

in 6,000BPD Refinery Project, as well as given alternate Offer for Outright.

Sale/Purchase of fully fabricated Refinery Plants, Machinery & Equipment, including 

Associated Assets.

1.Between 2005 and 2010, The owner of Refinery raised Loans and Equity in the sum of

$43,268,702 from UPS Capital/U.S.Ex-Im Bank, Sterling Bank and NEXIM Bank

/Afrexim bank,Primary Promoters’ Equity Contributions and Akwa Ibom State 

Government Equity Investment.

2.The $43,268,702 Debt & Equity was applied in fabrication of high value Assets including:

Fully fabricated 6,000BPD Refinery Plants,Machinery and Equipment stored in 

Houston, Texas.

Purchase and part development of 34.351Hectares Project Site Land Property at 

Akwa Ibom, complete with Certificate of Occupancy.

Procurement of revalidated 12,000BPD Refinery Construction License issued by the 

Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) of the Ministry of Petroleum Resources of 

Nigeria.

3.Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria(AMCON) holds the Refinery Debt Note 

originally at $28.5million, and currently valued at $9million or N4,050,000,000 after 

signing of Settlement Agreement between the owner & AMCON on May 24, 2021, 

including related owner payment to AMCON.

The Project Content/Assets consisting of:

Fully fabricated 6,000BPD Refinery Plants, Machinery, 34.351 Hectares Project Site Land Property at akwa ibom complete with Certificate of Occupancy (Title).

Revalidated 12,000BPD Refinery Construction License.

(Interested Private and or Institutional Investors must provide Proof of Capacity before approval for inspection visit of listed Assets in Houston,Texas,and akwa Project 

Site in Nigeria).
